The firm's tradition is rooted in a rich historical connection with John Stilwell Applegate, who established a law practice at Red Bank in 1861, and later with his son under the firm name of John S. Applegate & Son. John Stilwell Applegate, Jr. went on to form the law firm of Applegate, Stevens, Foster, and Reussille at 34 Broad Street, Red Bank in 1927.
Mr. Catelli joined this tradition in 1999, becoming an associate at Reussille, Mausner, Carotenuto, Barger, Kenny and Steel with offices at 365 Broad Street, Red Bank, and becoming a partner at the Reussille Law Firm in 2007. Today, The Catelli Law Firm proudly returns to Red Bank with its present location at 365 Broad Street and maintains a dedication to the highest standards of the legal profession and commitment to practicing law in the very best tradition of this prestigious legal heritage.
This distinctive history also surfaces in our commitment to the local communities of Monmouth and Ocean counties. A lifelong resident of Monmouth County, Mr. Catelli’s connection and affinities run deep in our area with family history going back well over 100 years.
